Key people in maintaining operations are the support teams of Bubble, Zapier, and Google, and they would be contacted by the founders promptly in case of any issue.

In the event of disruptions in the services of Bubble, Zapier, or Google Drive, alternative providers have been considered. Accounts and integrations are ready to be fired up.

We plan to review and test our BCP twice a year to ensure its effectiveness and to make necessary modifications based on those test results.

Our key principle is automation of operations to ensure availability of the service. Our main provider involved in policy generation, Zapier, is the most reliable platform for automation of actions. The robustness of this platform, coupled with the right configurations and testings, ensure the continuity of our policy generation service.

Disaster Recovery Plan #

Yes, we at ISMS Policy Generator have a comprehensive disaster recovery plan in place to ensure our services remain as uninterrupted as possible in the event of unforeseen disruptions, including natural disasters, power outages, and cyber attacks.

Our disaster recovery plan includes regular backups of critical data. Generated policies are consistently backed up in a secure cloud, and our application’s database is backed up according to the parameters set by Bubble, our application development platform.

In case of a significant disruption, we have alternative operations in place, such as manual generation and sending of policies to customers.

Our Recovery Time Objective (RTO) is 4 hours, meaning we aim to have our services restored and back to normal operations within this timeframe after any disruption.

To ensure the effectiveness of our disaster recovery procedures, we review and test them annually. We believe in learning from these tests and making necessary modifications to better safeguard our services and customers. Any test result is immediately re-used to enhance our IT Security and Business Continuity Programme.
