Yes, at ISMS Policy Generator, we take data management seriously and adhere to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) requirements for data retention.
For users who utilize our services without creating an account, their data is retained for the period stipulated by the GDPR and then deleted.
For users who have created an account with us, their data is kept as long as their account remains active. If an account remains inactive for 2 years, the data is deleted after the expiry of the GDPR-specified data retention period.
Data is stored securely in our Bubble database, Google Drive, and as encrypted backups in a secure cloud storage.We are committed to protecting user data while also respecting their privacy. Our data retention policy reflects this commitment by ensuring data is not kept longer than necessary and is securely managed throughout its lifecycle.
Data Deletion #
Better than you hoping we delete your data, we implemented a feature allowing the user to delete themselves, in one click, all the data they provided us regarding their company, and to delete their account.
